Title:
ICE THERMAL STORAGE SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3870370
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large temperature difference at a beginning and a terminal parts of an ice thermal storage tank so as to reduce a water conveying power as well as to increase a performance coefficient of a refrigerator.
SOLUTION: This ice thermal storage system is provided with refrigerators 1 and 7 connected between a terminal part S and a beginning part E of an ice thermal storage tank 5 and a terminal tank 5b divided and formed by a weir 9 at the terminal part of the ice thermal storage tank, and a communication passage is formed at the weir from the top of an adjacent tank 5a to the bottom of the terminal tank 5b. The adjacent tank comprises a plurality of tanks, and these tanks can be connected through the weir.
