PURPOSE:To improve stability degree of position of feed sample by pouring electric wave into an egg type plasma lump put in a hollow resonator in the interior of a rotating oval mirror in a hollow insulator to emit the lump and putting a feed sample in spherical focus image and floating the sample by alternating current electric field. CONSTITUTION:An egg type plasma lump 7 supported by a supporting tool 8 is put in the first focus of rotating oval mirror 6 having reflecting face of rotating oval body inside and a hollow resonator 10 is formed of disc like electric wave shielding plate 9 attached so as to bring the inner face on the first focus end part side of oval mirror 6 into contact with the circumferential edge and oval mirror 6. Then high-frequency electric currency is poured from a high frequency oscillator 11 to the hollow resonator 10 to emit lump 7 and feed sample 2 put at the position of normality is heated to about 500 deg.C. Then voltage is applied from alternating current high pressure electric source 5 to 12 transparent globular electrodes 12 of 12a to 12i arranged at the top of icosahedron and the feed sample 2 is floated. Then the position of feed sample 2 is detected with position detector 13 and transmitted to control circuit 15 with an analog signal to carry out control operation and intensity of electric source 5 is controlled by control amount to stabilize the position of feed sample body 2 and then light of lump 7 is collected to feed sample body 2 and the feed sample body is heated.
