To digitize information such as a keyword written on a card or pasteboard with easiness similar to that in using a pen and a handwritten tag without considering digitization.

An input device equipped with a compact built-in camera, a memory, an image processor and a communication unit and a sheet (card and pasteboard) mounted with a radio tag in which information for identifying information indicating at which position on which sheet information has been written by the input device is embedded are used for carrying out brain storming or a KJ method on a desk. The written pen information, sheet information and the position information of the radio tag are transmitted to a server. The server combines the pen information, the sheet information and the position information of the tag, and calculates and stores the character information described on each sheet, the position information of the character information on the sheet and the position information of the sheet. The information in the storage means can be browsed as information digitized by the information processor.
