PURPOSE: To make crime prevention control and presence control so better as well as to enable it to improve a labor-saving effect by installing both entrance library and room control means utilizing each ID card and an electric equipment control means, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: An ID card is read in an ID card reader 1 at a building entrance, and if it is normal, an electric lock is unlocked but if it is abnormal, there is provided an entrance library control means for abnormal displaying. In addition, the ID card is read in another ID card reader 8 at a room inlet, and if it is normal, the electric lock 9 is unlocked, but if it is abnormal, there is provided an entrance room control means for abnormal displaying. A presence-absence display is made into this entrance room control means by inserting the ID card into a card holder 30 installed in the inner part of a room, and a function for locking the electric lock 9 is added by extracting the ID card from the card holder 13 and opening the door. Moreover, there is provided an electric equipment control means which makes electric equipment into an operation state when the ID card is inserted into the card holder 13 and contrariwise into a nonoperation state when the ID card is pulled out.
