A memory part 124 stores a preset engine starting code and a door release code. A code processing part 125 collates an inputted identification code with a code stored at the memory code part 124 and discriminates where the two codes coincide with each other and when the two codes coincides with each other, operation of a sound synthesizing part 121, a solenoid drive part 122, and a limit solenoid drive part 123 is controlled according to an inputted indication. Further, the code processing part 125 effects updating of an identification code and rewrites a code stored at the memory part 124 to an updated coded.
