Abstract:
To provide an identification code reading device that can identify the identification code of a target article as accurately as possible.SOLUTION: An identification code reading device 20 includes: a radio communication circuit 25 that performs radio communication with a wireless tag 10 storing an identification code via an antenna 16; and a control unit 21 that executes reading processing of the identification code through the radio communication circuit 25 multiple times and identifies the identification code on the basis of multiple times of reading results of the identification code. The multiple times of reading processing of the identification code includes first reading processing before a peripheral environment changes relative to the antenna and second reading processing after the peripheral environment changes relative to the antenna.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
