Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idle gear support device which can reduce oil leakage.SOLUTION: The disclosure is directed to an idle gear support device including: a shaft fixed to a side part of an engine and extending in a predetermined direction, the shaft having no step on its outer peripheral surface; an idle gear which is inserted into the shaft and can rotate with the shaft set as its axis; a thrust receiving member which is inserted into the shaft and disposed between a surface of the engine and the idle gear and receives thrust acting on the shaft on an end surface in the predetermined direction; and an oil passage which is provided at the shaft and discharges oil from a hole formed on its outer peripheral surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
