Abstract:
To provide a method for the production of a protein which binds to the IGF-1 receptor.
The method for the production of the protein which binds to the IGF-1 receptor, by expressing an exogenous DNA in prokaryotic or eukaryotic host cells and isolation of the protein, wherein the protein is coded by a specific DNA sequence or a nucleic acid which hybridizes under stringent conditions with a nucleic acid sequence complementary to the nucleic acid sequence.
