Abstract:
To improve the assembling of an ignition coil for an internal combustion engine and handling in exchanging components.
An inward projection 13a is formed in the cylinder of a high voltage cylindrical part 13. The inward projection 13a supports the lower surface of a ceramic resistance 5 which is inserted from the upper surface of an insulating case 11 and enclosed by a stainless steel cap 6 by a size corresponding to the inner cylindrical diameter of the high voltage cylindrical part 13 by keeping electric connection. The upper surface of the ceramic resistance 5 is clogged by a high voltage terminal 4. Thus, the ignition coil for the internal combustion engine 1 is constituted.
