Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an engine ignition device capable of sufficiently generating engine output even at the time of computer abnormality.
CONSTITUTION: Reluctors 46 and 48 are provided on a rotor 44, rotated together with an engine crank shaft, and a pulser coil 50, giving a signal for igniting an engine based on the change of the quantity of magnetic flux from the reluctors, is provided with the reluctors opposed to multistagely form the reluctor 48 for emergency ignition for an engine at the time of the abnormality of a computer out of the reluctors.
