Abstract:
To provide an ignition switch which can be mounted on an engine starting device by a single operation without backlash.
On the ignition switch 20 used for the engine starting device starting the engine of a vehicle or the like, mounted in a cylinder-shaped switch mounting part formed at a rear end of the engine starting device, an elastic piece 46 engaging with an engaging part 15 arranged on the switch mounting part when the ignition switch is inserted into the switch mounting part 2 of the engine starting device 10, and a press fitting rib 53, formed so as to be able to deform, interposed between the ignition switch and the switch mounting part are integrally formed on the ignition switch.
