Abstract:

To provide an IH chinese cooking stove having a heating force and temperature distribution similar to that of gas equipment during heating.

The IH chinese cooking stove includes a grate 10 on which a chinese pan is put, a top plate 20 arranged under the grate 10, and having a recessed portion for receiving the bottom of the chinese pan, and an IH coil 30 arranged along the lower face of the top plate 20. The IH coil 30 is coiled in an approximately concentric spiral shape. At the center thereof, a center region A1 is formed on which a coil is arranged in two upper and lower layers. The center region A1 is formed by coiling a coil wire to reciprocate between the upper and lower layers. Electromagnetic induction is concentrated on the center region A1 to cause active heating operation around the center of the chinese pan.
