To provide an ileus tube guide tool by which an ileus tube is easily guided to a desired part of a lumen in a human body and an insertion work is completed in a short time.

The ileus tube guide tool 10 is constituted by comprising a tubular main body 12 having an outer diameter for putting it through the ileus tube or the forceps channel of an endoscope and a balloon 14 to be dilated, which is disposed in the tip part of the tubular main body 12. The tool 10 is easily arranged in the desired part of the lumen in the human body by using the endoscope since it is insertion possible to the forceps channel of the endoscope. After the arrangement, the balloon 14 in the tip part is dilated and fixed to the part. Then the tool 10 is remained in the lumen, only the endoscope is easily removed, the subsequent insertion work of the tube is simplified and, then, the whole inserting work is performed in a short time.
