Abstract:
To specify an illegally passing vehicle on a toll road.
A magnetic circuit is formed with the magnetic flux 12 of a DC magnetizer embedded in the road at the part 11 below the body of an automobile 7a, a detector 16 detects whether or not there is magnetism to specify the automobile, and a photographing device 15 records the license plate of the automobile 7a, so that the toll will be billed some other day. Consequently, the illegally passing vehicle can be specified when the magnetism from the passing vehicle can be detected, so the toll can securely be billed to the owner of the automobile 7a later.
