This device comprises a knob 2 having display parts 2b, 2c, a case 1 swingably supporting a knob 2, first and second switches 7, 8 and a light transmissive material. This device is provided with a first actuator 3 which operates both operation parts 5a, 5b and is supported inside the case 1, and a first LED 6i projecting light to the display parts 2b, 2c via the first actuator 3. The first and second switches 7, 8 are provided in parallel. The first actuator is arranged opposing to the both operating parts 5a, 5b of the first and second switches 7, 8. The first LED 6i is arranged between the first and second switches 7, 8. When the knob 2 is pressed, both the operation parts 5a, 5b of the first and second switches 7, 8 are pressed through the first actuator 3 so as to drive the first and second switches 7, 8.
