Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination system and an illumination device capable of suppressing the erroneous connection to a control device not corresponding to voltage and current.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an illumination system is provided which is equipped with a control device and an illumination device. The control device outputs power after converting AC power into DC power. The illumination includes a connection part, a light-emitting part, and an abnormality detection part. The connection part is electrically connected to the control device. The light-emitting part includes a light-emitting element and makes the light-emitting element emit light by DC power inputted via the connection part. The abnormality detection part detects abnormality of DC power and when abnormality is detected, the light-emitting part is short-circuited.
