To provide an illuminating device using a car audio panel enabling the saving of a space in a cabin by solving problems in a conventional illuminating device wherein, though a cabin light installed at a regular position is generally used as a means for illuminating the inside of the cabin, it requires dedicated parts and an installation space for these parts such that a power for light source is led from a battery therein through a dedicated wire and an operating switch is installed.
This illuminating device comprises a light source 13 for illuminating the inside of the cabin installed on the substrate 9 of a car audio and a light guide means 15 leading a light outgoing from the light source 13 to the inside of the cabin. The light source 13 is a part of a unitized light source means 12, and the light source means 12 is formed detachable from the substrate 9.
