Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device and a vehicle mounted with the same which enhance reliability of safety.SOLUTION: An illuminating device enhances safety because a laser light reflection body 10 is arranged in a direction of illuminating light from a fluorescent body 8 and prevents an illumination area from being irradiated with laser light with specific frequency through a transmitter lens 9 even when the fluorescent body 8 is damaged. The illuminating device also improves the safety in terms of reduced influence of external light because the same is adapted to: compare a detection value (A) of a detection element 11 when the laser light is emitted from a laser element 6 with a detection value (B) of the detection element 11 when the laser light is not emitted from the laser element 6; and stop or attenuate the laser light from the laser element 6 when a comparison value (A-B) exceeds a first predetermined value (C).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
