To provide an illuminating device having improved light utilization efficiency.
The illuminating device 10A includes a substrate 1, a first illumination part 2 emitting first illumination light, and a second illumination part 3 emitting second illumination light in a range narrower than the first illumination part 2. The first illumination part 2 has a light transmission body 12 disposed along the substrate 1, and a first light source 11 obtaining the first illumination light L12 by introducing light to the light transmission body 12. The second illumination part 3 has a second light source 13 mounted on the substrate 1, and an optical path changing part 14A converting light from the second light source 13 into second illumination light L24 of which the emission range is narrowed. The optical path changing part 14A has a light transmissive member 20 which transmits light from the second light source 13, and a light condensing element 21 which narrows the emission range of the light having passed through the light transmissive member 20. The light transmissive member 20 is plate-shaped and comprised of a material of which the refraction factor is greater than 1, and makes light from the second light source 13 incident from one surface 20a, transmits the incident light while suppressing a spreading angle, and emits the light from the other surface 20b to the light condensing element 21.
