Abstract:
To reduce vibration and noise of a driven type illuminating device.SOLUTION: An illuminating device according to an embodiment comprises a determination unit and a rotation unit. The determination unit determines timing of rotation around a first rotation axis and timing of rotation around a second rotation axis so that moment around the second rotation axis becomes larger.
