PURPOSE: To sharply suppress noises by inserting a curved piano wire into a flexible electric wire pipe to curve it, and closely sticking adjacent protruded stripes of a spiral belt plate to decrease contact resistance.

CONSTITUTION: An illumination apparatus main body 1 and a storage box 3 are connected with a metal flexible electric wire pipe 4, and an electric wire 11 connecting a lighting device 2 and a lamp 8 is inserted into the pipe 4. A belt plate 7 with protruded stripes 7a and recessed stripes 7b is spirally wound, a hook section 5 on one side of the belt plate 7 and a hooked section 6 on the other side are coupled to form the pipe 4 with a Z-shaped cross section. The pipe 4 is sufficiently longer than a chain 15, and a curved piano wire 12 is inserted to forcefully curve the pipe 4. Adjacent protruded stripes 7a are closely stuck on the inner periphery side of the pipe 4, the hook section 5 and the hooked section 6 are closely stuck on the outer periphery side, contact resistance is decreased, various portions are kept at the same potential, and noises are sharply suppressed.
