To fit or remove a front lens without using a tool and facilitate maintenance by providing a plurality of finger clamps on the outer periphery of a housing, and fixing a front lens assembly.
A plurality of finger clamps 16 are removed to release a front lens assembly 60 from a housing assembly 10. When the assembly 60 is removed, the assembly 10 is made accessible. When a handhold 94 is gripped and lifted in the direction of an arrow, an illumination power set 80 can be taken out from the inside of the assembly 10 in no contact with a convection preventing lens 90 or a lens 92. For the replacement of a lamp 44, the assembly 60 and the illumination power set 80 are removed from the assembly 10 to expose the lamp 44, then the lamp 44 can be replaced with a new one. The lamp 44 can be replaced without using any tool in the whole process, and the work is facilitated.
