To provide an illumination control device which lightens the burden to an operator, makes the input of a fixing position of a luminaire, a camera, and the like unnecessary, and does not require much time in the initial setting.

An illumination control device has a luminaire 1 for illuminating light from a light source 1b, drive parts 2a, 2b for rotating the luminaire 1 on the shaft, an image pick-up means 3 for picking-up a picking-up region and outputting an image, fixed to the luminaire 1 so as to be parallel to the optical axis of illuminating light of the luminaire 1, a display device 5 for displaying the image, and an input device 6 for indicating one point of the display image on the display device 5 on which the image is displayed. A rotating amount computing part 4b for computing the rotating amount of the luminaire 1 for illuminating the indicated point from the position relation of a position on the displayed image indicated with the input device 6 and the origin of the displayed image is arranged, and the rotating part rotates the luminaire 1, based on the computed rotating amount.
