To provide an illumination device which emits light with a uniform intensity distribution.
The illumination device 1 is provided with a light source 10 emitting light; a first reflector 111 fitted to surround a part of the light source 10, reflecting light emitted from the light source 10 and emitting the light to an illuminating light axis 1A direction; and a second reflector 112 fitted to surround at least a part different from the first reflector 111 in the light source 10, reflecting light emitted from the light source 10 and emitting the light to the first reflector 111. The shape of the second reflector 112 is adjusted so that the light reflected at the second reflector 112 condenses at a condensing spot S, which is different from a centroid point 104 of luminance of light emitted from the light source 10.
