Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate illumination light in which angular irregularity included in light emitted from a light source has been removed.SOLUTION: An illumination device 1 which is provided includes: a light source 2; a light guide member 4 which has an incident surface 4a on which light L emitted from the light source 2 is made incident and an emission surface 4b which emits the light L made incident on the incident surface 4a, and which guides light from the incident surface 4a to the emission surface 4b while making the light L reflect inside; and a Koehler illumination part 5, which is the Koehler illumination part 5 for irradiating an illumination object with the light L emitted from the emission surface 4b of the light guide member 4, which is laid out in such a manner that the illumination object is located at a pupil surface P of the whole optical system from the light source 2 to the Koehler illumination part 5.
