Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device using a relay connector which electrically connects a lighting circuit to which a battery is connected to a terminal board in which even when the electric connection of the relay connector is released in the replacement of the battery or the like, the undesired lighting of a light source does not occur.SOLUTION: An illumination device includes: an equipment main body; a light source module having a light emitting element; a terminal board connected to an external power supply; a lighting circuit for lighting the light emitting element; a control circuit for controlling the lighting circuit; a switch connected to the control circuit for inputting a control signal; a relay connector for electrically connecting the lighting circuit to the terminal board; and a battery arranged in the equipment main body for supplying power to the lighting circuit. The control circuit is configured to, when the predetermined control signal is input from the switch, make the lighting circuit not operate even when electric connection between one connector part and the other connector part is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
