Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an illumination installation structure capable of illuminating a building material for configuring a step portion located at the foot of a building to an end, and a manufacturing method of the illumination installation structure.SOLUTION: An illumination installation structure includes: a building material 1 for configuring a step portion located at the food of a building; a recessed groove 2 provided at the building material 1 and opening upward; a rod-like light guide member 3 accommodated in the recessed groove 2; a light source 4 for allowing light to enter one end in the longitudinal direction of the light guide member 3; and a baseboard 5. The baseboard 5 is arranged on a side part of the building material 1. Then, the baseboard 5 has a protrusion part 50 which protrudes downward and is located in the recessed groove 2, and the light source 4 is arranged in the protrusion part 50.
