Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination module, a lighting device and a liquid crystal display device that has little color tone deviation of output light caused by lapse of lighting time and are relatively compact in size and high in output.SOLUTION: An illumination module has a semiconductor light emission element for emitting blue light and a wavelength converter containing a fluorescent body, and emits output light. The wavelength converter contains an Euactivated ortho silicate fluorescent body for emitting green light, and Euactivated aluminosilicate nitride fluorescent body for emitting red light. When a continuous lighting test for making rating current flow through the illumination module for 1000 hours is conducted at a correlation color temperature ranging from not less than 2500K to less than 7000K under a constant-temperature and constant-humidity of 85°C and 85% in relative humidity, the deviation Δx of x values and the deviation Δy of y values in the CIE chromaticity coordinate (x, y) of the color tone of the output light before and after the continuous lighting test satisfy -0.005≤Δx≤0 and -0.004≤Δy≤0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
