To provide a decorative illumination device which drives emission of a lighting part from a power feeding control part via wiring, wherein luminescence control such as light out, light-reducing is performed by a simple operation from the side of a lighting part.

A power feeding drive circuit 8 has a power source 1, a control circuit 11 and a drive circuit 12, etc., performs AC drive of a power feeding coil 2 and drives the emission of the lighting part 6 having a power receiving coil provided on the power feeding coil 2, and a lighting element 4 by electromagnetic induction. When the light out is targeted, the power feeding coil is provided with a function control element having a coil with predetermined capacity, voltage reduction of the power feeding coil 2 by the function control element is detected by a current detection circuit 7, when reduction exceeds predetermined criteria, the control circuit determines that there is the function control element, stops drive of the power feeding coil and lights out the lighting part.
