Abstract:
To provide an illuminator or the like that can make ample light quantity compatible with heat discharging function.
An optical hexahedron 6 having square planes is formed. The optical hexahedron 6 comprises an exit light face 60, formed on one side face and having exits formed like a matrix in each of cell lenses and incident ports formed at least two faces except the exit light face 60 and having optical paths formed in a relation of 1:1 to any one of the exits. Cell lenses 3a of first fly-eye lenses 3 and light emitting elements of light sources corresponding to the cell lenses 3a are arranged dispersedly at the incident port.
