Title:
ILLUMINATOR SHADE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09147612
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent an offensive squeaking sound during the expansion and contraction of a sade main body in a portion to which the sade main body and a sade lower frame is attached by forming a gap in a corner part between the sade main body and the shade lower frame so as to prevent contact between these.

When a shade lower frame 24 is fitted in the lower part of a shade main body 22, since a spacer part 36 formed in the vertical part 34b of the outer frame 34 of the lower frame 24 is brought into contact with the side wall face of the sade main body 22, a gap 40 having a space of about G is formed in a corner part between the lower frame 24 and the main body 22. That is, the main body 22 and the lower frame 24 are prevented from being brought into contact with each other in the corner part. Thus, even when the main body 22 is expanded more than the lower frame 24 because of an increase in a temperature during lighting, or even when the sade main body 22 is contracted more than the lower frame 24 because of a decrease in a temperature while a light is turned off, the side wall surface of the main body 22 is prevented from being moved rubbing the internal part of the outer frame 34 of the lower frame 24. Thus, the occurrence of an offensive squeaking sound after the illuminator is turned off or after the passage of certain time after turning turned off is prevented.
