Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an illuminator capable of efficiently converging a luminous flux on an original.

CONSTITUTION: The illuminator is constituted so that plural reflectors are composed of at least three and at least three reflectors 2A, 2B, and 2C are disposed in a layer-like constitution, so that at least each of three reflectors 2A, 2B, and 2C has almost the same focal line in the vicinity of a region to be illuminated, and simultaneously, a different focal line in the vicinity of the aperture 1A of a light source (fluorescent lamp).
