PURPOSE: To make a plurality of coiled elastic ornaments rich in variety by preference, by hanging the ornaments around a light source and suspending different weights from the tips of the ornaments.

CONSTITUTION: A socket 2 is fixed in the center of a flange 1. A lamp is fitted in the socket 2. A plurality of engaging holes 5 are provided in the flange along concentrical circles around the socket 2. Elastic coils 6 made of plastic or metal are engaged in the engaging holes 5 so that the elastic coils are hung from the holes. The different weights 7 are suspended from the lower ends of the coils 6 so that the coils are elongated to various lengths by the different weights 7aW7c. Thus, the various ornaments are manufactured by preference.
