The image alignment device, used for a biochip-manufacturing apparatus having a transfer device and a plurality of dispensers, comprises an imaging apparatus and a plurality of dispenser-adjusting devices. The imaging apparatus is installed on the transfer device. After the transfer device transfers the imaging apparatus to a position, corresponding to the dispenser, the images of the dispensers are photographed, and the direction and position of the dispenser, corresponding to the plurality of dispenser adjusting devices are adjusted, with the image signal of the imaging device as a basis.
