Abstract:
To provide information useful for the discrimination of a disease by standardizing an image analysis result liable to be unstable due to coloring or the setting condition of a microscope in blood application sample by using the analytical result of a cell other than a target cell.
The image of a lymphocyte nucleus is also processed in addition to the image processing of a neutrophilic leukocyte nucleus and the image analytical result of the neutrophilic leukocyte nucleus is standardized by using an image analysis result obtained from the lymphocyte nucleus, so that image analysis prevented from the influence of coloring or the setting condition of the microscope can be executed.
