Abstract:
To provide an image blur correction apparatus capable of performing object blur correction without impairing quality of an image even when parts of an object to be detected are switched.SOLUTION: Included are: object detection means configured to detect an object for each part from an input image and output a position of the part of the object detected; selection means configured to select a part of the object from the part of one or more objects detected by the object detection means on the basis of a predetermined priority; and object blur correction amount calculation means configured to calculate an object blur correction amount for correcting object blur on the basis of a difference between a position of the part of the object selected by the selection means and a predetermined target position in the image. The object blur correction amount calculation means, when the part of the object selected by the selection means is switched from a first part to a second part, calculates the object blur correction amount on the basis of a difference between the position of the selected part of the object and the target position, a position of the second part in the image, and a position of the second part in the image acquired before the switching.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
