Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the transmission cost and to shorten the time in the transmission of OMR sheet and OCR sheet.

CONSTITUTION: When the images of OMR sheet and OCR sheet are inputted from an image signal reading part 1, a control part 12 makes a communication part 6 transmit the recognition result information by a recognition part 3 if a reception station can receive the information. As for the reception station which is incapable of receiving the recognition result information, the control of the multi-address communication, etc., using the OMR sheet and OCR sheet is allowed not to be hindered by making the communication part transmit the image data of the sheet.
