Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a flash band in shutter operation.SOLUTION: An image correction device includes: a flash band detection section for detecting a flash band being a difference of levels for each line, which occurs in a frame by flash light, due to a difference of exposure time for each line of a video signal which a pixel included in an imaging element of a rolling shutter system outputs for each frame; a shutter operation determining section for determining whether shutter operation is performed in the imaging apparatus having the imaging element; and a flash band correction section for outputting the video signal of a past frame outputted from the imaging element before a frame where the flash band is detected when the flash band detection section detects the flash band.
