Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily enable a user to select a necessary image data by changing a menu display corresponding to a user. CONSTITUTION:A host system 10 executes the setting of the user, image data available for the user, and menu display data based on an environment setting program 12.When a data service is requested, the host system 10 specifies the user by using the file control part 17 of a display service program 16 based on a users data base 13, reads out a menu display data corresponding to the user from a menu display data base 14, and transmits it to a terminal equipment 11 under the control of a display control part 18 to let is display the data in its display screen. The user inputs a number, etc.,corresponding to a desired image data by means of a keyboard, so that the host 10 reads out the image data from an image data base 15 and transmits it to the terminal equipment 11 to display it.
