The system includes a controller which controls to read/write the image data from/to the memory. When horizontal magnitude of the image data is larger than the column width of the memory, the controller splits the image data into a plurality of segments. The (I+1)-th (I is a positive integer)segment contains the last burst data of the I-th segment, and each segment respectively corresponds to a plurality of columns of the memory.
