Abstract:
PURPOSE: To separate the direct current block developing processing to the image data of code data and to make fast the restoring processing by displaying the restored result of the direct current block by the deciding information of the effect that a direct current block is obtained and the image data equipment to one picture element.
CONSTITUTION: The counted value of a counter 212 is inputted to a deciding circuit 213, an effective coefficient obtained by a counter 242 is decided in accordance with the information from a completion detecting part 211 and the deciding information whether or not a direct current block is obtained is outputted. The deciding information is sent to a rear step device together with the output of a multiplexer 231, and by the deciding information of the effect that the direct current block is obtained and the image data of one arbitrary picture element, the restoring image of the direct current block is displayed. Thus, by separating the developing processing of the image data concerning the direct current block from the reverse orthogonal converting processing and assigning it to the rear step device, the processing burden of a reverse orthogonal converting means is decreased, the high speed can be performed, and the time necessary to the whole of the restoring processing of the image data can be shortened.
