Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control device permitting realization of a functional display device which is easy to watch and classifies the display according to purposes. SOLUTION: When video signals inputted from a plurality of picture signal sources 1a, 2a connected with a network are displayed on the screen of a picture display part 36 of a picture display device 30, display area setting information concerning a virtual display area on the screen is stored in a display area setting storage part 47 beforehand, and a memory control part 33 performs picture transformation for arranging the video signals in the virtual display area according to this stored display area setting information.
