Abstract:
To provide an image display device and a driving method thereof, which are capable of displaying images vividly.
In the driving method of the image display device, a scanning frequency is set on the basis of a frequency of frames in response to input to the image display device of an image signal composed of periodic serial signal having a frame as one unit, and display per frame is successively repeated with the scanning frequency to display an image according with the image signal on a display surface, and the scanning frequency is an integral multiple (twice or more) of the frame frequency.
