Abstract:
To provide an image display device in which a guide image changes according to the lapse of time if a user presses an operation key for a long time and the user can know a period of time until a cursor is skipped.
An image display device 1 selects one object from among plural selection objects based on user input. The image display device includes a control unit 11 which generates, after determining that user input is a long-time pressing, a guide image whose display mode changes according to the lapse of time and a display unit 15 for displaying the guide image.
