A display control part 7 causes a light-emitting element to flash when an image display part 2 is rotated and controls a light-emitting mode of the light-emitting element so as to display a presentation image on a display screen 2a when the light-emitting element is turned on, thereby using a residual-image effect to generate a residual image by the presentation image. In this event, the display control part 7 controls variation of light-emitting modes of the light-emitting element so that a ratio of a size W along a rotating direction to a height H of the presentation image to be displayed on the display screen 2a increases with an increase in a shift angle θ, relative to an image display direction, of the display careen 2a in the normal direction.
