PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection type display device capable of being controlled according to a different schedule for a predetermined period while maintaining a regular schedule.SOLUTION: An image display device comprises control means for selectively executing a first operation associated with a date and time and a second operation associated with the date and time, and acquisition means for acquiring information related to the date and time.
