Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display method and a device therefor, by which a region of interest (ROI) designated on a shaded three-dimensional(3D) image or a weighted projection image is displayed concerning a correspondence place on an original two-dimensional(2D) image being an object to be shaded and information on a CT value in the correspondence place is obtained. SOLUTION: The shaded 3D image or the weighted projection image 10 is displayed on the screen of a monitor 148. The ROI 12 is set on the displayed image by using a mouse, etc. When the 3D image or the projection image 10 is re-constituted, one of a plurality of used 2D tomographic images 14 is displayed at the right side of the screen and the ROI 16 for every slice is synthesized with the tomographic image 14 and displayed.
