To provide an image display sheet with such advantages that a protecting film and a sheet base material can be bonded together at a comparatively lower temperature without inflicting thermal damage to the sheet base material, a manufacturing process can be easily simplified, and further the entire thickness of the image display sheet can be made as thin as possible.

The image display sheet is formed of a light-transmitting protecting film with both face and back; a sheet base material bonded to the protecting film and formed of a toner applied to the back of the protecting film and a visually recognizable image through the protecting film, and a face arranged opposite to the back of the protecting film with a back facing opposite to the face; and an adhesive layer which bonds the protecting film in which an image is formed and the sheet base material together. In this sheet, the adhesive layer has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which tightly adheres to the back of the protecting film in which an image is formed and the face of the sheet base material.
