The image display system is provided with: a storage means 52 for storing image data 100; a first image output means 44 for projecting an image based on the image data 100 on a bowling lane surface 70a; a camera sensor 42 for images a predetermined region of the lane surface 70a; and a control means 50 for extracting the behavior of a bowling ball 62 which has entered the predetermined region based on the image captured by the camera sensor 42, and for changing the image to be projected by the first image output means 44 according to the behavior.
