Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system capable of recognizing the array position of each display device with a simple procedure by simple facilities.SOLUTION: While respective devices m1-m9 are separated from each other and operate by themselves respectively, temperature sensors 17a-17d detect temperatures nearby respective side plates 31a, 31b, 31c, and 31d of a housing 31 by the respective display devices m1-m9, finds variations of those detected temperatures as first temperatures Ea-Ed. Even when a multi-display system is configured, second temperatures Fa-Fd are found by the display devices m1-m9 in the same method with the first temperatures Ea-Ed, "small"/"large" states of respective temperature differences ΔGa-ΔGd obtained by subtracting the first temperatures Ea-Ed from the second temperatures Fa-Fd are written in a temperature table D1, and the respective display devices refer to an array position recognition table D2 so as to find their array positions corresponding to the respective temperature differences ΔGa-ΔGd in the temperature table D1.
